Street Zombies™ is the signature headline scare of Universal Studios Japan’s Halloween season and the icon of “USJ Halloween Horror Nights.” For 2025, the scale and intensity have been pushed to the limit, immersing guests in the heart of a hopeless street surrounded by hundreds of zombies for an overwhelming survival experience.
Savage, deranged hordes dominate the streets as even the city’s defense forces collapse. The stench of blood, echoing roars, and unceasing waves of the undead engulf every corner—run as you might, only to find another nightmare ahead. When blood-soaked victims rise where they fell, you’ll realize you’ve entered a true “sea of zombies.”

① Psycho Circus

Led by the resurrected icon “Hamicuma”, this mad circus is soaked in blood and chaos. Twisted clowns, grotesque performances, and chilling laughter echo through the crimson tent. With blinding lights, pounding music, and gruesome makeup, it delivers maximum shock and fascination.

② Chainsaw Chain Gang

A group of escaped psycho convicts turned zombies rampage through the streets wielding roaring chainsaws. Get too close and their deafening engines might mark you as their next target. Even Hamicuma is said to fear this unstoppable gang.

③ Tortured Specimens

The remains of failed experiments rise again in this underground torture zone. Mummified in bandages and bound by chains, they emit inhuman groans and twitch in unnatural movements — a nightmare laboratory brought to life.

④ Execution Enclave

Public executions fill this cursed street — beheadings, burnings, and unholy punishments recreated with grotesque realism. You’ll want to look away, but you won’t be able to.

⑤ Decadent Nightmares

Elegant yet horrifying, gothic vampires and alabaster zombies prowl this forbidden zone. Blood-soaked dresses, shattered dolls, and graceful undead move in silence — a blend of beauty and terror unlike any other.

⑥ Possessed Playthings

Cracked faces, burnt skin, and stitched eyes — hundreds of cursed dolls wander through the night. Equal parts photo spot and haunted nightmare, this area is where the horror begins.

⑦ Infernal Sanctum

Demonic rituals unfold beneath blood-red lights as possessed cultists chant and dance. The possession ceremony scene — with screams and sacred fire — is among the most intense moments of Horror Nights 2025.

⑧ M3GAN IS COMING – by Blumhouse

The chilling AI doll from “M3GAN” (2023) invades USJ! Produced by James Wan × Blumhouse, she stalks the park in eerie perfection. “She’s not just a toy, she’s family.” That smile — cold, human, and wrong — blurs the line between screen and reality.
